Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greeting students, parents, and visitors professionally and maintaining a tidy reception area.
  • Inquiry Handling & Counseling: Answering phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding courses, fees, and schedules.
  • Admissions & Records Management: Processing student enrollments, maintaining student databases, updating attendance registers, and managing student files.
  • Administrative Tasks: Scheduling classes/batches, managing trainer calendars, and overseeing the issuance of study materials or certificates.
  • Financial Handling: Processing fees, issuing receipts, maintaining basic records of income, and following up on pending payments.
  • Office Equipment Maintenance: Operating printers, scanners, and computers; reporting any technical malfunctions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in any field (Computer Science/IT knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role.
